American Sound Masking's 20 Year Warranty

DESIGN AND BUILD:  American Sound Masking offers valuable advice and cost effective solutions to your acoustical privacy needs. CAAD software, design expertise, computer tuning, single source accountability and 20 year warranties (equipment and parts) on most American Sound Masking Systems are all part of the reason American Sound Masking products have led the sound masking industry for over 34 years.

WARRANTY: If for any reason an American Sound Masking System is not working properly, it will be repaired, replaced, re-tuned and balanced at no cost to the client, for a period of twenty years, including parts and equipment. Travel charges will apply depending on location of system, or if system is located out of the continental United States.

When our Audio Security products are purchased individually by a client, and installed by non factory trained installers, they are warranted for a period of five years, or the current manufactures warranty, unless they are found to be damaged because of no fault of the products. i.e. poor workmanship, incorrect wiring, damage and/or breakage, etc.
